ONLINE RECORDS ACCESS - CLERK CONNECT

As of January 1, 2020, our online subscriptions will now be available on our website www.jacksonparishclerk.org through a software program entitled Clerk Connect. This new program will continue to provide you with the ability to view property records and marriage licenses index information and images and will add the capability of viewing civil, probate, and criminal index information and images. You will be able to purchase daily, monthly, or yearly account access and pre-authorize additional funds to be used for printing purposes. Clerk Connect also provides the ability for our customers to submit instruments for e-recording.

If you are currently an online-records subscriber, you will now be afforded the opportunity to pay for your subscription, as well as any copy or recording costs charged to your account, via credit card.

Online indices for the following records and time periods will be included with your subscription.

Civil Index – 01/01/1988 to current

Probate Index – 1880 to current

Criminal and Traffic Index – 01/01/1988 to current

Conveyance Index – 1970 to current

Mortgage Index – 1987 to current

Online images for the following records and time periods will also be included with your subscription.

Civil Images – 01/01/1994 to current

Probate Images – 1880 to current

Criminal and Traffic Images – Available soon

Conveyance Images – 1972 to current

Mortgage Images – 1999 to current

Effective January 1, 2020, our fee for this service will be as follows: $100 for monthly subscription; $20 for daily subscription; and $1,200 for annual subscription.
